can't send emails but can recieve

i have set up my account but i can't seem to beable to send any emails i can
only recieve..please help...

Are you running Outlook 2003? That's required for the functionality. If
you are, check to make sure Outlook 2003 is designated as your default email
program.

By the way how do we recieve an email in ON?

OneNote is not an email client, so the answer is you can't. OneNote works
with Outlook 2003 for outgoing emails only.
