Can't send emails in Outlook..

I can't seem to send emails emails in Outlook or any other mail program
when I'm not directly plugged into my modem, and I'm connected to a
router.. When I click send the error message comes back as:

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was
rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was
'(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'test', Account: 'mail.adelphia.net',
Server: 'mail.adelphia.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550
relaying mail to yahoo.com is not allowed', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79



Help!
