Can't send emails!

Please help! I receive emails in my outlook; however, I am unable to SEND
them. They end up just getting stuck in my "outbox". I have no idea what is
wrong. I have contacted AT&T, then Toshiba. I have checked the SSL settings
and the authentication settings on the Outgoing Server tab and I have played
around with checking the "this server requires an encrypted connection to
SSL". I have fiddled around under Email account and outgoing server settings.
I have no idea why my emails aren't sending. My outlook was working
perfectly well until last Thrusday. Any suggestions? Please? This are the
two messages I get when I try to send an email:


Task 'mail.johnswesterngallery.com (1) - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC78)
: 'Unable to send the message. Please verify the e-mail address in your
account properties. The server responded: 530 5.7.0 Authentication
required'

Task 'mail.johnswesterngallery.com (1) - Sending and Receiving' reported
error (0x800CCC78) : 'Unable to send the message. Please verify the e-mail
address in your account properties. The server responded: ?'

Do you have an AntiVirus or AntiSpam application scanning your email? The
error response indicates an authentication error.
