Tony,
Having a POP account in the same profile as an Exchange account was
technically not a supported configuration. Anyway, for Outlook 2003 you
cannot send an email message using two different transports. This is why you
need to select the account to send the message if you do not want to use the
account listed in the InfoBar to send the message.
