Can't send from Outlook 2003

I just installed and deployed an Exchange 2003 Server, with 150 clients.
Everyone is working fine (and has been for about a week) with the exception
of one client. The client is using Outlook 2003, and can receive mail from
the exchange server, but cannot send. No other protocols/mail types are being
used, only Exchange Server. The weird thing is, he CAN send from OWA. I tried
to uninstall the Outlook client and then reinstall it, but the problem
persists. Anyone ever seen this?

You can Try to unblock the Firewall if you have SP2 in your machine this. For
shortcoming Sp2 block the Firewall of mailing and reception of post office..

A lot of luck!!! 1

Cached mode, firewall turned off. There is no error, it just sits in the
Outbox, even if you press Send/Receive over and over.

Does this happen on all mesages?

I'd try turning off Cached mode first... just as a test. If that works, then
you can find the .ost file stored on the hard drive (that's the cache) and
delete it. Then try to re-enable cached mode.

I tried turning off cached mode, and it wouldn't send messages then either.
Should I try to delete the .ost file anyways?
It doesn't send any messages placed in the Outbox.
