Can't send link or page using Outlook

I am using windows 7 64 bit. I used to be able to send a link by clicking on
the 'page' drop down box and selecting 'send link by email'. Now it does not
work. I have not changed any settings. Outlook is still selected as my
default mail and everything else in Outlook seems to be working. Anyone have
an idea on how I can fix this issue?
