Can't send mail at all

I posted below about e-mail going out from my HotMail account when I set them
to go from my business domain. This behavior stopped, but then it started
again. It's very embarassing to have business e-mails go out from my HotMail
account, so I removed the HotMail account from Outlook. And guess what? Now I
can't send mail at all!!! If I try to send an e-mail from my business domain,
I get a non-delivery report (NDR) message in my Inbox that says "Your message
did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. ... None of your e-mail
accounts could send to this recipient."

I found an item on this problem at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;872896. It says,
"Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in [Outlook 2003 SP1] ...
Currently, there is no resolution for this issue."

Outlook was working fine before. What has happened to make it impossible for
me to send e-mail from any of my accounts except HotMail? If MS says there's
no resolution, does that mean I have no option but to dump Outlook and start
using another mail client?

I have made a log of Outlook communications with the server, but I don't
know how to read it to determine what is going on.

HELP! I need to get back to being able to send e-mail!!!!!

Marshall Burns
