Good evening all.
I have an sbs2003 sp2 server. I have several public address books that I
have configured to show in the global address list. These public address
books contain external email addresses. These address books show up in the
global address list and I can choose them when I click on the " to " button
as if I'm going to send all of the addresses in that list an email but when I
send the test message it never goes through to any of the addresses in the
list. Can a public address book that you " unhide " from the Global address
list be treated like a distribution group? If not, whats the point in being
able to put it in the global address list. If I want to email my external
contacts in bulk is this the best way to do it or is there a better way?
