Can't send mail

Hi,

Is there some kind of secret about sending mail? I
haven't been able to figure out how to send emails with
any of my different accounts with outlook. I can recieve
them just fine but I can't send any. What configurations
do I need?

What version of Outlook do you have? What sort of account(s)? Do you get
any error messages when you try to send?
