Of those 10000000 people with the problem, I suspect the majority of
them are having problems because they've entered something incorrectly
into their account settings without realizing it.

If you're using a name brand ISP such as AOL, Yahoo or GMail then you
need to tell us that. We don't know whose service you're using nor what
settings your using. You'll need to post back with this information.
Also, post a web link with the instructions you're following.

Ok, sorry if i didn't post enough infos for all of you to help me with this issue, i'm trying to set entourage to send and receive apple mail and yahoo, can't get either to work! and i'm following this page instructions by the way, <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/accounts/index.html>, normally i let entourage set u the account automatically, so even when i do it manually, i just copy the setting from apple mail so i make sure it matches the setting for both. Hope that is clear, If any more infos you need please tell me. By the way, my ISP is not in the states, i live in Thailand, i use TOT. Thanks for your help.

I noticed we didn't have a good tutorial for configuring MobileMe
accounts with Entourage, so I've just now posted this:

"Connect Entourage 2008 to Apple's Mobile Me"
<http://blog.entourage.mvps.org/2009/05/connect_entourage_2008_to_apples_mobile_me.html>
or <http://tinyurl.com/oo8xxg>

Diane already has information about using Yahoo with Entourage here:

"Using Yahoo with Entourage"
<http://www.entourage.mvps.org/accounts/yahoo.html>

Hope this helps!
