can't send message w/html attachments

Using Microsoft Outlook 2003. Used to be able to send html attachments ...
all of sudden it stopped sending w/this type attachment. Is there something
I can do to make my messages go to addressed party? It won't send at all ...
just stays in messages to be sent box.
