Cant send, receive or delete in outlook, 2003 error message 0X8004

I cannot send receive or delete anything in outlook 2003 Have tried the
inbuilt repair program but this does'nt work Would somebody please help

Hi

What type of accounts do you have on Outlook 2003?
is it connected to an exchange server?
If its not connected to an exchange - lotus server in a work enviroment and
you are using it for personal use.

What inbuilt tool did you use was it from the Help menu -detect and Repair?
you might also want to try this article, about .pst file corruption, but i
would have thot you mite of had a problem veiwing items as well.
