cant' send/receive - permission denied

somethings happened that i can't put my finger on.checked mail account
-o.k.but told i don't have permission to send/receive. i am using office 2003
pro outlook but can access send receive through outlook express 6.0 (prefer
office). have i managed to change access rights or administrator settings,not
quite sure.angry and confused

tamgles222 did you ever get an answer. I am having the same problem. I
have re-entered the profile but it hasn't helped. I can access on my
login but my wife can't and we get the same message. She has been set
up as an administrator but that hasn't changed anything. I am about
ready to uninstall Outlook and just use Outlook express but my wife
wants the the other capabilities.
