cant send to hotmail addresses - relaying not allowed.

Everytime itry to send to a Hotmail account it displays message undeliverable

550 RCPT TO:<xxxxxxxxx@hotmail.co.uk> Relaying not allowed - please use
SMTP AUTH

Any ideas?
