Can't send webpage by email

Hi
I am trying to send out a newsletter by creating a webpage and then right
clicking the page in IE 7 XP and selecting send page by email, but I get an
error message saying "the current document type cannot be sent by email"
I have the microsoft outlook selected in the programs tab in internet
options and have outlook set to html but there is something I am missing
here
Any help would be most appreciated
