Can't set favorites in explorer 6.0

We are using Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6.0. When we try to import
favorites from the old system or try to set new favorites, the title appears
but there is no link connected to it. It goes nowhere!!!

We are also using Zone Alarm, Ad-Aware and Service Pack 2.0.

Does anyone know why these links aren't working?
