Can't set properties to send form results in an e-mail message

For Front Page 2003
I read all the instructions but when I right click inside the form, I do not
get the "Form Properties." Option, so I can't Click Send to or In the E-mail
address box, type the e-mail address to which I want to send the form
results.

"Form field properties" is the closest thing I see and not that nor anything
else I click on, allows me to complete what seems like it should be a rather
easy task.

Help please!

Then you haven't actually created a form, only "loose" form fields.

Thanks, I'll give that a shot. I did cut and paste the form from another
site I was working on so hopefully that was the problem.

You should be able to create a new form in Design mode, make sure your
cursor is within the form and hit enter a couple of times to give you room
above the Submit button, then just drag/drop your fields that you already
created...this "may" work. If not just redo the form from scratch.
