Can't set separate text and header margins

I set my header (letterhead) margin to .25 from the top and right (my
letterhead logo and address are right justified). I then closed the
header and went to the body of the document text and attempted to set
the margins to .9 top, bottom, right, left. As soon as I did, the
right margin of the header moved to .9. How do I set a margin for the
document body text that is different from the header? Thanks.

Set the document to .9 all around, then use a negative indent on the *text*
of the header, via Format | Paragraph.

I think it would be -.65, in this case, if my math is right?
