Can't set up Switchboard for an Access Report

I have tried over and over again to set up a switchboard for a report but
when I open the data base nothing happens. It just takes me to the standard
Access screen (reports page where you can create a new report or run report
you have set up.

I must be missing a step! How can I get it to open up a swithboard when the
database is opened?

HELP! It's driving me crazy and on the on line help is pretty useless....

Tools -> Startup -> Display Form/Page and then
select the form you want to start when you launch
your DB.

Make a macro that opens the Switchboard. Name the macro: Autoexec.
