Can't share my calendar

I don't see "Share My Calendar" in my navigation pane; I only see "Open a
Shared Calendar". I am running Outlook 2003 and am on an exchange server.

Right click on the calendar and select Properties. This is where you can
set permissions for others to share your calendar.
