can't start ms outlook 97 under win xp

hi, first sorry for my bad english
my os is win xp and i full installation of ms office 97.
When i start ms outlook icon from start menu outlook
starts and occure the following error
"outlook.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience".
If somebody have an idea please reply me
thanks.
