**Can't successful re-boot after installing program**

Fred Brown

I install a Quicken product and now believe that I have
maxed-out memory wise. I normal re-boot/boot does not
complete and Safe Mode completes, but I can't open
anything including an explorer window. CPU usage is 100%.
I can't access add/remove programs or the start-up menu to
delete some stuff.

Any ideas...

Thanks,
Fred

This is not an appropriate NG. Quicken is not even a Microsoft product, and
you haven't indicated its version or the version of Windows you are using. I
would suggest posting to relevant Quicken or Windows newsgroups.
