Can't sync Entourage to Palm 4.1.2 after installing Tiger

Entourage sync was working with Panther. Now I'm using Tiger OS10.4 &
it won't sync with handheld running Palm 4.1.2. Tried reinstalling
sync installation and get the error message "Hot sync folder
missing"......It isn't missing, the folder is right there on my hard
drive.
How do I get this working again???
