Can't sync my Palm Tungsten to my Entourage 2004??

I spent two days trying to get somebody at Palm or Microsoft to help
me with no luck....

I just installed Office 2004 on my lap top and now I can't the
Entourage 2004 to sync at all.........] looked at the log and found
this message:

Error message:
HotSync Failure: The Entourage identity "Main Identity" could not be
opened because another identity is open in another Office application.
synchronization failed
Entourage Conduit synchronization failed
"Entourage Conduit" failed (error = #-1)
Loading "Memo Conduit"



In the past I have been syncing with Entourage but could also sync
with my Palm desktop....I think that might not be possible now with
Entourage 2004 but I am not sure nor do I know what to do...

If you don't know what to suggest could you recommend what the best
support board or community board to post questions like this I would
really appreciate it!

Have you installed the new conduit for 2004? If not, it's located in the
Additional Tools folder of your Microsoft Office 2004 folder.

Yes I did install the new conduit and I have checked that the main
identitity match which they didn't when I first reported this
problem....Any ideas?

What model Tungsten is your Palm?

Have you read about the incompatibilities with the newer Tungstens? Would
yours fall into that category?
