Can't think of a title!

I am writing a dictionary in 2 columns. I want the header to have:
<first word on page> - <last word on page>.

How can I automate the process so each page will automatically display the
first and last words defined (not the ACTUAL first and last words [part of
the definition] on the page)?

TIA

If you have a character style for the defined term (as opposed to the
paragraph style used for the definition as a whole), then your StyleRef
field referencing that style should work correctly.

In case it helps: the defined words are in 8 pt. while the rest of the text
is 6 pt.

See my previous reply. This is an even stronger argument for using a
character style for the defined term, since you can apply the font size as
part of the style.
