cant type using microsoft outlook web access

Now that I have Vista 64 bit installed, I can not write my mail using
microsoft outlook web access. I can read messages, but when I go to type a
reply or a new message, the window pops up, but the subject area looks blue
with the image loading error (the white box with red x in the upper left
corner) . Any ideas how to fix this?
