Can't unprotect spreadsheet

Is there a way to unprotect a spreadsheet that was given to me? I don't want
to have to keep supplying the password.

Once you've opened the workbook, choose File/Save As..., click Options
and clear the Password to Open inputbox. Save the file, using either the
same name, or another.
