Can't update Office 2000 to SP-1a after installer download!

Please help. Office Updates suggested an update to SP-1a. After downloading
o2ksr1a.exe, I ran it and was later asked to insert my Office 2000 CD... the
installation did not finish and I was asked to see the log instead. I pasted
the contents of the 2 log (text) files below:
