Can't update Office 2002 Sp2 to SP3

I am running Windows XP Professional with all udates through 7/29.
My Office Suite which is Office XP Profrssional (actual loaded product when you go to help and about says Office 2002 SP@ 10.5815.4219582.

My problem is Office update says I need to download SP3. However teh folder shows
"0 KB". The site says I have already downloaded this update. My product doesn't indicate that.
What should I do?
