Hi there,

Two problems:
1. Firing up autoupdate just searches for ever and never seems to do anything.
2. I try to browse (with Safari) to microsoft.com/mac/downloads.mspx and the page never loads.
What's up? Does anyone have any ideas what I can do?
Autoupdater is v2.2.0
Office 2008 is 12.1.7
TIA

Hi William,

Hmm... tried that but no go... Finally found that changing the MTU on the router and in Network settings to 1492 magically sorted it (previously set to the default of 1500). Talk about weird voodoo!

Thanks for the suggestions and the kind help. Cheers
