Cant update office

Hi,

when i was doing my office update through Microsoft
office website i can do until the stage bellow

"Office 2000 Service Pack 3 - English version"

after finished this update again the option has
enabled for download, but under the download listed

"0 KB / Download Time = 0 min at your connection speed "

when i continue update again the same above. even i
cant continue update after this stage, all are disabled
for update as listed bellow, please help me to solve this
problem.

"This update requires Office 2000 Service Pack 3 - English
version to be installed first."

Hi Garey,
I am not sure i entirely understand your problem. Are you
1. Unable to Install Office 2003 SP3?
2. Are you wondering why other updates are disabled unless you install SP3?

Though i suspect that some how the install failed for the "Outlook View Control" Patch and thats why you are seeing this behaviour.

Please go to the following website and install this update. Read the instructions under Client update and you will find instructions on how to install this update.

After this revisit the site. It should work for you now. If not please reply back and i will try to find other was of resolving this.
