Hi,
Just wanted to verify if this is really a limitation of outlook/
exchange.
Basically I would create a meeting, mark it as private, add a meeting
room, add users to the meeting and send it off.
Now if I want to go to edit that exact same meeting, either change or
even delete. When I hit Send Updates, it will return an error. Now
this is probably because on the meeting room's calendar itself, it's
marked as private and I'm trying to edit the private data therefore I
get a rejeciton error because I don't have full access to the meeting
room.
Is this the limitation of the software itself, exchange does't know
how to allow the meeting organizer to edit the private items on the
meeting rooms calendar.
We're running exchange 2007 SP1/Outlook 2007.
