Can't update web site. Index.htm and Index fold don't update.

I created a web site on 9/5. On 9/22 I updated the Publisher file and tried
to upload it. The 9/5 site re-appeared. I did it several times then I
noticed the index.htm and index folder were still dated 9/5. I have spent
hours trying to upload the revised site. Please help me.

Perhaps deleting the old HTML files from your webhost, before you upload the
new, would help.
