Can't Use AlertResponse In Visio 2003

I was trying to stop the Visio message that I have copies a large amount of
data on the clipboard and asking if I wish to save to plaste it to another
application.

There was an Article about using the AlertResponse to always answer with a
program value (i.e. yes). It seems to be not available on Visio 2003. I
get a complie error on this function.
