Can't use check names for (first last) in global address list

Hello!

I am testing Office 2003, but find a problem.
I am trying to use the check names button (alt-K) when entering names in the
To field in a new mail.
If I write Last, First and pressing Alt-K the person is found correctly
If I write First Last and pressing Alt-K the person Last, First in Global
Address list is not found.
This worked before upgrading to Office 2003.

I have set the parameter "When sending mail, check names..." so Global
Address List at the top.

Any ideas?
