Can't use jpg image in theme?

W

Walt Barrett

I am trying to create a custom theme in FP2002.
For example, I want to use my own graphics for the
navigation bar images.
When I try to add a .jpg image FP2002 gives me a message
and converts it to a .gif format.
Can I not use .jpg images in the themes?

Any help would be appreciated!

The images for banner and buttons must be .gifs because FP uses the transparency capability of .gifs to create a transparent .gif w/
your navigation view text (in the _overlay folder) and then merges the 2 images together (in the _derived folder) as a final .gif
