Can't use "SEND" to send file attachment

I have an user trying to attachment a file from Access
(File|Send to|Mail Recipient(as attachment)) to MS Outlook
but was unable to use the "SEND" icon to send out...!

I have asked to try on another 2 PCs (running on Win98)
with the same Access and Outlook; these 2 PCs are okay...!
Any idea why this funny thing could happened???

Same version of Access as of Outlook?

Note - for Access, much better to zip the file in the file system and email
it manually that way; a lot of people aren't going to be able to open MDB
files sent via email (Outlook security update prevents it, as do a lot of
mail admins).
