Cant Use the Security Wizard!!!

Hey Guys, need some help.

I created a 2 user accounts one for myself, and a fake
test one!!! I then turned off the security, but when I go
to access the security wizard, it says I need to be a
member of the administrators to use this function. I am a
Admin member, I made sure my ID was, my data base doesnt
ask me for a password or anything, so How can I make it
promp the user neame and password again.

I have no problem accessing my database, I can look and
edit anything within it, I just cant access the security
wizard, which is a pain!!!

The Admin User's password must be something other than blank for the prompt
to fire.

It says the current user is Admin when I check the user &
group Permissions. It says Admin in Current User, so why
wont it let me access the security wizard!!!

When I try to access the wizard,this is displayed;

"You must be a member of the Administrators(Admins) group
to run the security wizard and help protect your database."

I really dont know what to make of this!!!

You must have removed the Admin User from the Admins Group but didn't set
the Admin User's password. If you are logged on as the Admin User, set the
password to something other than blank.
