Can't view answer to my post

I posted a question in "Outlook Contacts" discussion group. Received
notification that it had been snswered but can NOT find my original question,
let alone the resonse. I'm really frustrated and do ned to get my question
answered. What should I do?

That happens to me as well. I click "Read the response" in the email, and it
takes me to a blank screen. I use a work-around. The title of your post is
also in that email. Try a search for that exact wording, and you'll probably
find your post.

This is an NNTP newsgroup so use a news reader. Don't use the web interface.
It has never worked.
