Can't view DHTML Drop Donw Menu result in Normal Pane

I am using FP 2002 for the first time and new to web
designing.

I have got the code for DHTML Drop Down Menus that works
properly in preview page and in the browser preview. But
can't see the menus in Normal/page pane.

Can anybody help me with that and let me know the reason
and solution to the problem.

Because they probably use layers or divs that are absolutely positioned and have their visibility set to hidden
- check your html view and turn them on to work w/ them
