can't view free/busy infor

This is from Autoconfiguration option in the outlook system tray. Can anyone
help? I can't figure out why our client cannot view free/busy info

The exchange server is not configured correctly and outlook can't find the
free/busy data - the exchange guys will better know what is wrong - there
are exchange newsgroups on this server or access it via the web -
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.exchange.misc
