Can't View jpeg Pictures with Outlook 2003

Outlook was viewing pictures fine, now I get the error "The system
cannot find th epath specified".

I cannot find any preferences or configurations that controls the path
to a file viewer.

Solutions please?

I found that by giving the user Admin rights, the .jpg's can be seen again.
But that is a bit quick and dirty. Still lookin' for the right solution
though.
