Outlook 2003 on XP Pro with Exchange 2000 server..
I'm having trouble with creating a view of my contacts that uses the "mailing address" field
What I end up viewing is the mailing address field of those contacts that only have a business address in the contact. If there is a home address or a home and business address, the view displays No Address info
I also have my old Outlook 2002 client on a Windows 2000 Pro machine connected to the same Exchange 2000 server viewing the same contacts database that when using the same view described above, shows the mailing address for all contacts, and correctly chooses the address selected on that contact as the "This is the mailing address" in the contact, regardless of it being the business address, home address, or other address
The same behaviour of not displaying the "mailing address" other than the business address only, is happening in Word 2003 when using the "Insert Address Icon" and in the Envelope and Label wizard
All help would be appreciated
Thank
