Can't view Office 97 PP in Mac PP 04 or Keynote

Co-worker sent me a PP slide created in Office 97, I can only view one
slide, and only partial at that. What is even stranger, is that this
happens in both Mac PP '04 AND Keynote...same problem.

Ideas?

Hi,

It sure sounds like the file is damaged in some way.

Try opening a blank PowerPoint presentation. From the Insert menu choose
Slides From File. If there's anything that can be gotten from the
damaged file you'll be able to import the slides.

Otherwise, ask the person to make a new copy from the original and send
that to you (preferably zipped or stuffed).
