Cant view reports

I have 3 user of one computer that is running win XP pro and access 2003 the
problem is that 1 person can open the reports and the other 2 can not we. We
are on a system that has roaming profiles so i know it has to be something in
the security setting i just cant figure out what it might be or where. thank
you for any help
