Can't view senders email address

I can't view the senders email address on quite a few emails receive. Some I
receive I can view it and some I can't. The ones that I can't only display
the senders first and last name.
I also can't right click and "add to outlook contacts" on the emails where
only the senders name is displayed.

If you right click the message and click message options you can see the smtp
headers that are added to the messages as it bounces around the internet. It
may well be in there somewhere.
