Can't view "some" pictures in Internet Explorer

I am inserting some new pictures (.jpg & .gif) using FrontPage 2003. I can
save & view the pages locally in the browser, but when trying to view thru
Internet Explorer, "it comes up blank." I am using Norton Internet Security,
and can see the pictures on the internet when "disabling" the Norton Internet
Security. But I shouldn't have to disable. Whey would these pictures be
causing a problem?? Others didn't??? Any thoughts??

Caused by NIS ad blocking
Remedied by renaming your images and image file folders to avoid the blocked names
See http://www.webpagesthatsuck.com/bad-file-names.html

Norton Internet Security blocks images it considers to be dangerous
for the user to see, such as advertisements.
The blocking is based on image or path names, and/or image dimensions.
