Cant view the fonts colour in pdf file

I am using Publisher 2007. I can change the colour of the fonts while
editing, but when I publish teh file in pdf format, the pdf file displays all
the fonts in grayscale format.

However, the fill colours are published in colour format in the pdf file.

Is your default printer, or the active printer in the publication, a
black-and-white printer? If so, which one? What happens if you change it
to a colour printer?
