Can't view the MS Outlook 2000 calender when the workstation is Locked

Hi,

I am facing this problem since a few days, that when ever
i lock my workstation, then my colleagues cant view my
Calender. I have got Windows 2000 as my Operating System
and MS Office 2000.

I would be thankfull, if my problem is resloved.
