Can't Zoom

Installed excell 2003 on new computer. WHen I bring up my graphs I no longer
have the ability to zoom. On VIEW | SIZED WITH WINDOWS, box is checked and
cannot uncheck. TOOLS | OPTIONS | CHART I uncheck Chart sizes with windows
frame. OK out. Look again and it is rechecked. ANy ideas how I get my ZOOM
for charts back.
